2 years ago i bought a business from a couple who have since moved to florida. turns out they falsified their p&l's for 2009 and enticed me to buy a business that was failing. I sued them after I proved they provided bogus information and even falsified invoices in the quickbooks back-up they gave me.
during depositions my attorney caught them in lies. Next step is a bench trial and my attorney is moving for a summary judgement. The other attorney doesn't seem to care any more becuase his clients apparently have not paid him and they also emailed me and said they didn't have any money to give back to me.

my question - If I win a civil judgment how do i go about collecting from crooks who got money from me and SBA 2 years ago and they live in florida?? My attorney thinks we should also go to the DA and go for a criminal fraud case agains them...
