Default Collecting an arbitration award from a marketing company.

I have an Arbitration award against a North East Florida Marketing company. They have yet to pay and will not return my calls to arrange payment. What may or should I do to get this award collected? If I had an attorney could the Attorney's fee's be collected from the marketing company?

Default Response

It may be wise to have your specific factual situation analyzed by an attorney in your jurisdiction. And you should have this done IMMEDIATELY so that you don't lose important rights. Many lawyers offer a free or low-cost initial consultation just for the purpose of determining whether they can help you. Don't be afraid to contact them. Our Lead Counsel Panels at http://www.lawinfo.com/law/ are a great way to find a lawyer in your area on the internet. Best of luck!

Default Enforcing an arbitration award

Enforcing an arbitration award is a relatively easy and a routine matter. For more information about this, see

The arbitration ruiling needs to be filed with a court to start collection. Then it is stardard collection on a judgment. Let me know if we can help.
