Our divorce was final September 2001 and started living together October 2001 (one later after divorce). So we lived together for 2 1/2 years after divorce. We thought is was best for the children. He said he would continue to pay child support aand the mortgage. He moved out April 2004 about 6 months ago. Are we still married? Do I need to file for another divorce? Do I have any rights. The mortgage is still in both of our names and uility bills still comes in both of our names.
