Please add me to the class action lawsuit against Homeq ... we were the victims of the first wave of foreclosure here in California in 2008 and was finalized in 2009. We have tried to ask Homeq to remove our impound account from or mortgage payment and we were denied... we shouldn't have lost our house though difficult but more manageable should they have agreed to remove the impound account.... they don't even want us to come to their office on Watt Ave. in Sacramento, Ca..they claim that they only communicate through calls and letters.. at that time who am I really negotiating my loan issues with? a dummy that talks? or a real person? so...please add us thanks.... neselle
