My aunt's will identifies my mother as the primary executor and myself as the secondary. Her will specifies 4 bequeats to specific beneficiaries and then leaves the rest of the estate to my mother. However; my mother passed away in 2000 leaving me as executor and now my aunt in in an Alzheimer's unit non-competent. Since she cannot now name other living beneficiaries legally how will the estate be disbursed?
