Default Child Support Reduction- Child Care

Does anybody know legally one way or another whether my ex is
supposed to supply me with childcare receipts when I ask??? I can't
find documentation one way or the other. We are in Kansas I have
joint custody of my daughter, and when child support was calculated
her grandmother signed a form that she watches my daughter for 650
dollars a month (she does not have a daycare she just watches her)
Which effected my child support by 300 dollars (I pay 500 dollars a
month and make 18 thousand dollars a year) more than half of each of
my paychecks goes to child support and I have a wife and son as well
to take care of. Either way, I know for a fact that my ex's
grandmother does not charge her a penny. Anybody have any ideas on
how to prove this for when I go to court to reduce child support????

Also does anybody know what grounds since it says "necessary work
and school related childcare only" and my wife is now at home; I
have emails between my ex and my wife stating that my ex would like
her to just watch our daughter and her unborn child(my ex's) And
many of times that my wife has had plans to do something with the
kids during the day that she will just go and pick her up with my ex
having absolutely no problem with(proving that daycare is not
necessary since my wife is home and willing to watch my daughter)
but when I brought this up suddenly my ex says that she isn't okay
with my wife and never was (she has about 500 moods, all crazy). I
want to also point out that I am a very loving father and I am not
trying to cheat the system or make it to were my daughter isn't
supplied with anything, I just want it to be fair. My ex makes twice
the amount as me and chooses to spend money on the most crazy
things, when I have to scronge for diapers because she keeps
cheating the system with child support..

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction???

Thanks Jason!

I understand that this is a frustrating situation for you. What you really should do is speak with an attorney to discuss all of your legal options and what needs to be shown in order to change the orders. Some attorneys do offer free consultations. You can locate an attorney through the attorney locator on Lawinfo's home page at http://www.lawinfo.com/.

I can relate on your problem because I experienced that a month ago, being a father all we want for our child is that their good future and we love so much. We did our best just for the seek of our children, all you have to do is consult it into an attorney regarding your problem right now or you may visit their law firm in
