I am scheduled to appear in Glenwood Springs for a support sentencing on October 1st,1pm. I am in arrears of 26,000. This is due to past incarseration. I went to court 6 months ago and plead guilty with cause on the case. The judge who is male and knows my case has taken a leave of abbsence. The judge I will be seeing is a female. I never had a attorney and more than likely will not have one on the first. What are my legal rights and can I get the court date changed. Based upon the new judge or to change my plea.
