how do i get child support stopped ,when the kid is 20 and not in school and dosent have any contact with me.and i dont have money for an attorny.

If you go through child support enforcement agency that collects your support they should have verified that the child is in school it is theresponsibility of the person that gets child support to report it. If you owed ANY arrears that still needs to be paid no matter how old the child is that never goes away. It doesnt make sense that you should still pay current support for a child thats not a student and is 20 yrs. old unless you have an order that states you had to pay until a certain age thats very odd.
