on sat i caught my ex buying drugs in front of our son for her new Boyfriend, i messed up and told her that was last draw im going after custody, That monday she filed ex parte, 3 weeks without seeing my son later i won the case now since we been split up for 2 years and at the time agreed to do this friendly for the child none of us have custody, she wont let me have him cause she fears i won't give him back so i plan on going after full custody do to her lack of concern of my son, meanwhile now she said i have to go to court house sign paper that we have joint custody before she lets me have him cause she is afraid im as ignorant as her and would punish my kid just cause i dislike her like she did, if i do this so i can see my son can i turn around and still file for full custody later or once i sign this is it final, cause i just wanna see my kid right now its been 3 weeks
