Dont be sorry its a very legimate question and sadly many come to these legal forums and think they are talking to lawyers and make poor decision as result. Remember even lawyers here or elsewhere may not be licensed in your state and you have to wonder why they have time to troll websites

I just wish i wouldve made better choices in life but i guess you dont ever really know someone....it just upsets me that my children are the innocent ones in the middle of this mess...My ex cant let go and his only way to me is through them which is very upsetting.

I agree with underdog on this one. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
