I have been exhaustively been preparing an application with a brief for my husband for an I-192 for a short stay in the US to see his parents who are very ill. I put references, doctor's letters, and a 6-page to the point reasons he should be allowed to see his parents. He was deported after his conviction 5 years ago, in which he served 13-1/2 years. What are the approval rates for these waivers. I did not use an attorney as our funds are limited, but I think I covered all the points. He is in Italy right now. Thanks for your help.
