Default Is cash gifting legal???

I believe in gifting cash and some friends have invited me into a community which works on the principle of gift it forward. How can I know that this network concept is permitted by law and gaining prosperity via this medium is legal?

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

Gifting has always been legal and citizens of free countries around the world have a legal and Constitutional right to give property, cash, and other assets of value as established by law. As for joining a like minded people community who believes in cash gifting and empower its fellow men, I am myself a member of such community. You can find my community at ggd888.

I hope conscientious users of this site don't fall for this nonsense.

The old adage is true--NOTHING is free, least of all people forming a "community to give money to each other".

Do not be fooled.

There ARE laws against fraud, theft, etc. Which is precisely what these groups are about. It is little more than dressed up "send these seven people a dollar and in ten days, you will have a thousand!!"

Do not be taken in by this---it isn't legal, and it is certainly financially very foolish.
