I am looking for case law in the State of Florida regarding appraisals. Specifically, looking for case law that protects the rights of the appraiser with regards to third party trickery. Case law should spell out the real estate appraisal is used specificaly for the intended user. Would appreciate help in this matter.

There are very few sites that have free case law. I would suggest checking out the court's website to see if they list their cases.
