Does anyone know if there are any pending suits vs. Carecredit, GE money Bank or Lasik Plus?

I posted under the creditor's/collections forum about a scam they're running to encourage people to use Carecredit for every kind of pet or human medical service. They offer deferred interest plans and even if you pay as promised they claim you defaulted and they tack on finance charges that in my son's case are half of his original balance. There are literally dozens and dozens of complaints on various sites and the longer you dispute the more the charges rack up.

I'd appreciate any information on current litigation or any attorneys who might be interested in pursuing Carecredit on behalf of hundreds, perhaps thousands of bilked consumers.
