Default Capitis diminutio maxima

Okay, I have a few questions concerning Maritime Admiralty Law, CAPITIS DIMINUTIO MAXIMA, the Straw Man Illusion, & Legal Fiction. I was recently introduced to those terms and some information relating to them; however I am hoping to obtain a better understanding of them through this form.

1.) Are we “humans or persons” subject to or governed under Maritime Admiralty Law(s), or are we considered a Maritime Admiralty PRODUCT, because of how we enter this world (through our mother’s water)? What is the significance of our Birth Certificates (BC), and what is the connection to our BC and the RED serial number located on the back of our Social Security Card?

2.) Because of CAPITIS DIMINUTIO MAXIMA, are we (the natural person), viewed as a signer or authorized agent of “our” corporation when our name appears in all capitals? If no, why do all legal and official documents only contain capital letters for our names instead of proper English (example: First Last, as oppose to FIRST LAST)?

3.) The Strawman Illusion and Legal Fiction should be covered in the previous question. However I encourage all facts, opinions, thoughts, ideas, anything relating to any of these topics, as I would like to learn all I can about these terms and the importance (or lack thereof) of them.

Thanks.

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.
