In search results on Google i can see 2 top results that have "gourmet cupcakes" keywords in URLs. Please see their homepage:

Word "Gourmet" is a generic term right? Also, if it was a brand, then one company would sue another company. But since they are appearing both in search results then i guess i can get "gourmetcupcakes" domain name?
