My son had to have surgery when he was 17. His father was ordered to keep medical insurance on the kids but he didn't and now my sons credit is being ruined because it has been added to his credit report as a debt he owes. Can it be removed? what recourse do we have to get it removed? The bill was included in a bankrupsy in my name.
