I have a class action suit involving four different staes, which includes various agencies.Is it possible for me to file a case in washington dc, is it also possible for me file it with out a lawer or do i need a lawer..?

Has your suit been certified a class action? Why would you want to file it in Washington DC?

Usually the class plaintiff cannot also be the class counsel, even if the plaintiff IS a licensed attorney. There's too much conflict of interest. In general though, you can represent yourself in court without a lawyer. It's not advised, but of course finances sometimes dictate our decisions. Good luck
