my son is in a foster home for his behavoral problem it was nothing i did so child protective services put him in a foster home. he has been getting in trouble in school he is in special education he is moderately retarded. he hit a teacher on accident and went to wood youth center for the weekend and i was not informed at all i still have my rights to him. when he was released he said he was rape by a roommate he told his foster mom who did not beleive him and said nothing i was never told until a couple days ago. my son comes home every monday to visit with a caseworker for supervised visits. he told me a foster brother molested him twice we told the foster mom and she did not beleive him. he was taken to the emergency room where they found a rectol tear. they could'nt say how long it has been there so he was removed and is in another foster home. what can i do about it because i had concerns before about the foster home and nothing was done when i told cps that my son was being physical and mentally abused. what can i do to get him back home?
