im dating woman going through a divorce back in september of 2005 the husband and his lawyer filed "writ order of proctection" claiming that i was a felon which i am not nor have ever been accused of they claimed i beat the couples kids and they have me on a 911 tape saying that if his mother comes in my im gonna shoot her this after she had broken a glass door with a bbq grill what can i do about this they have lumped it in with the divorce and the judge refuses to hear the matter as far as we can tell.
