My friend and her sister both invested $5000 each with theier mother to start a nursing home. However they just found out that she used thier money to invest in her own house. They didn't get anything in writing because it is their mom. Is there anything they can do? Even if it is just to scare their mom with legal stuff to get her to pay back? Thanks
