HI,
I work for an agency that is contracted through the state....(1 man runs it) he is paid by the state every month then he pays us. We are paied every 2 weeks....except on the months that we should have 3 pay periods we get paid every 3 weeks.... but he is still paid by the state the same amount so when he does that my guess is that he just pockets the money.... is there any laws out there that can make him stop this... this is just isn't right!
