I have a samsung television that had a recall. I called and set up an appointment for them to come in home and repair it. They said 24-48 hours. That came and went and they never called. I called again set up another appointment and once again they never came and no phone call. I called a third time, spoke to someone about the issue and they told me to take the television to a service center affiliated with samsung near us. We took the television to them, he helped take it out of the car, called us when it was fixed and we drove to get it. He did not help put the television back in the car, we got home, plugged in the television and the screen was cracked. The television was transported to and from the exact same way. Now this man is denying he v=cracked the screen and refuses to help us. Also Samsung keeps giving me the run around and will not help us either. How can i get them to repair the screen?
