Angry breech of confidential information

A flagstaff company allowed an employee to use confidential information in a personal legal matter against me. Also used the information to file a claim against me with the Registrar of Contractors. All info and claim can be proven to be false. What can I do?

My son was living with me full time, I lost custody, now he lives with her as primary parent. I also lost my job, the business fired me for 6 months, when I proved it was false I got my job back. I sold 9 wind turbines for this company in less than 2 months.

The most enteresting part is the "personal legal matter" was custody. My ex works for the company I represented. She used false dealer information from the file of my employer in custody court and the same info to file a complaint with the ROC. In both, she claimed it was her job to look into the matter and used the employers phone number as a call back number. To me it connects her employer to screwing up my life.

Can I file a suit against the employer?

You certainly can try. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

It comes and goes. Sometimes a lot of people post other times, they don't.
