- My boyfriend is in the county jail with 5 A felonies over his head. There are 2 dealing charges and 2 possession charges and 2 firearm. He was pulled over after dropping off a friend who we believe set him up. We had the initial pretrial and discovered that he supposedly has 2 wired deals one with a CI and 1 with a CI and an undercover. During the time of the arrest he was also questioned by the ATF who then kept his ID and wallet stating they needed to make a file for him etc. He is from New York and I am from Florida so we are both unsure of where to even start.
