My boss has bounced two paychecks on me and the checks were wrote from her personal account. I do have the bounced checks. When I confronted her on the last bounced check she made me an offer. I have not taken the offer. I have never gotten a paystub stating that I have been paying taxes. She has been taking out the money for taxes at least that is what I am being told and what I am recieving. When I had confronted her on the bounced check the offer was for her to go back from day one I started and pay me less for cash and she said she would pay the difference from taxes. The day I confronted her she owed me my last two week paycheck which I have not recieved yet and she let me go. Now I am unemployed. She was upset when I confronted her. In my opinion I think she let me go for no reason. I never called off or was never late always did my job. She did say she would give me a recommendation for another job. Help
