My husband was arrested by INS in 01 the judge terminated that case without prejudice. In Jan. 05 he was picked up at work for the same case they want to reopen. I posted a 15000 bond. To this day we have not recieved a notice of when his hearing date is. I call immig. court and they don't have info on his new case they say his case is in recognense. What does that mean? How can I get info to see if they are going to charge him or if not I want my bond back?
