If a person has been charged with battery one time by a spouseonce by the state and found guilty both times. No jail time was done nor was any anger management or alcohol treatment recommended just placed on probation for 6 months. No spot checks were done during probation. Now he is up again for a battery charge filed by the state (hearing is Oct 8 2002) and if found guilty again what is the likehood that anything will be done.
