Filing Bankruptcy - Considering pulling case before 2/14/08 - if case is pulled how will creditors be notified? Will they be notified case has been pulled? If creditors are notified case has been pulled, what recourse can creditors proceed with?

Timeline to re-file case. Is it one year from date of original filing? Or, 1 year from the date case is pulled from the court calendar?

Will there be a public record of the case filing and the case being pulled - or does this occur only if it goes before the bankruptcy judge?
