1995 - cased turned over to oag sept. 1996 - letter from oag. arrears $37741.00 march - 1997 - lettoer from oag. arrears $56162 august - 1997 - agree to $40000 back support. start paying. order sent to oag. october 1997 - letter from oag. arrears $37883.00 october - 1998 letter from oag. arrears $37575.00 aug. - modify payments. arrears $35000.00 (my attorney send order to employer they start taking out modified payments. jan. 2003 - letter from oag. arrears$0.00. letter sent to employer &myself. child support stops. children 18 & married. march- 2003 - letter from oag. arrears $35000.00. now paying 666.00 current (children 1 - 250.00 on back support. oag claims did not have 1999 order from court. i have payed 85000.00 + since 1996. went to court & judge forgave only $7200.00. state say's i owe. i cannot see it!. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

What do you need help with? I do not mean this unkindly; but you knew the letter in August showing you had a -0- balance was a mistake. You knew there was no way that you could have paid off your huge child support arrearage between August and January.
