1st, helllo to all, I'm a newb.

I was convicted of a non-violent felony in Colorado while stationed there in the Army. I am now a resident of Arizona and have been the past 10 years. I want my right to bears arms so I can hunt and protect my family. Where do i start? Do I file in CO or AZ? Do I need to travel to CO? Thank you.
