Default AZ Deadbeat

Got a situation I haven't encountered before. I secured a Small Claims judgment for $3390.00 in Calif. against a national marketing firm located in Scottsdale, AZ for unpaid advertising. (Servuces were rendered in CA, contract stipulated CA venue in case of breach)

Now I need to attach funds in their corporate bank acct but I cannot locate the proper form in which to do this. I asked the Clerk at the courthouse in AZ and she was completely clueless and had no idea.
Thanks,
Bruce

Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

Default Yikes

I am told that enforcing my CA judgment in AZ is almost impossible and that I cannot refile my case in AZ was that would constitute a second bite at the apple and is not permissible. So even though they riipped me off, they can get away with it.

I can understand it is frustrating, but you need to at least try and see what the courts do.
