I co-signed an auto loan with my former wife. She has the veicle and is consistently delinquent on the payments. On several occassions she was over 60 days late and the vehicle was on the verge of being repossessed. Is there a way I can force her to re-finance the loan in her name or surrender the vehcile back to me?
