My 16 yr old daughter was the driver her friend's car with the friend in the car. The friend asked my daughter if she could set the clock in the car while driving so the friend took the steering wheel while my daughter messed with the clock. When my daughter looked up they were on the wrong side of the road. My daughter grabbe the wheel and overcorrected and wrecked. The car is totaled. I am told that the owner of the car's insurance is responsible. I am still worried we will get sued somehow.
