around about 12/15 i visited a car dealership talked to a salesman about my need of another car. i told him how much i had to invest and he showed me a 99 dodge caravan for the amount. he wanted 2 clean it up b4 i test drove it.
whn i went bck to test drive it, he said he couldn't find it and then told me it had been sold. he called a couple of days later and said he had a car for me.
he assured me the car was in good running condition and by me being retired and on a fixed income i bought a 92 mazda "as is" warranty believing the salesman. on 12/18 i purchased the car, on 12/22 the transmission went out and there are still issues with the car . is there anything i can do to get my money back or have the dealer assist in the repairs. i feel like i have been swindled.
