Auto accident
To whom it may concern,
I was in an auto accident (not my fault) last January and went for chiropractic care shortly after, and hired an attorney. After 6 months of treatment my insurance carrier (GEICO) has decided to stop payments on my treatment. I am still currently hurting and contacted my attorney, (I am strictly in contact with his paralegal at this point) and currently questioning the handling of my case. How do I know that my case is proceeding in a normal fashion and that I will not be stuck with a large bill in the end. Another question I have; is it normal for my attorney to sue my insurance company to continue paying for my chiropractic treatments until we settle?
Thank you so much for your help
I look forward to reading your response
