I am creating a promotional video for a men's ministry in our church and the leaders of said ministry want to use scenes from various major motion pictures. Our church has a license to use certain movies for non-profit reasons. However we do not have an audio license.

I have heard conflicting reports on what is legal and what is not. Can anyone explain in laymans term what excatly you can and can't do in situations such as this?
