Not really a DUI. I got an MIC when I was 18 and was fined 400 dollars and I was supposed to go to eight hours of alcohol abuse classes. I moved a little while later, and was paying installments and kinda forgot about it, so I owe some amount of money and never did the classes. Anyway I got a letter a while ago saying that a warrant was out for my arrest for failure to pay, and whenever I'm in Idaho again I intend on just going to pay it, but I'm wondering if I will have to go back to jail for contempt or something so that I don't get arrested for like a week unexpectedly.
