Yes, my parents have $300,000.00 and a modest house that are currently in a living trust. My mom is starting to show signs of dementia and my dad wants to start protecting their assets to be able to leave me something when they both pass on. I know they can buy a new car and fix up their home without any penalty, but my father also told me that he wants to revoke the trust and that when he does he can give me $3000.00 a month ( I am in trouble with my mortgage ) that he was going to leave me anyway and not recieve any disqualification period as refers to Arizona Medicaid. Is this true ? Thanks in advance.
