Default Will arizona extradite to oregon?

I was told that Arizona and Nevada do not extradite to Oregon. Does anyone know if this is fact.
Thank you.

It's not black and white like that. The real answer is: it depends. Typically NO state will extradite for one minor, non-violent, misdemeanor. It's just too expensive, and if the warrant scares the person out of state, then the problem is solved at some level. For misdemeanors involving violence or crimes against children, most states will expand the extradition area; for example, the warrant might say "surrounding states only", or "within 300 miles", or "east of the Mississippi". For serious felonies, or cases where are many charges, even misdemeanors, or the judge just happens to be in a foul mood, nationwide extradition is in play.

I have to agree on this one. Depends on what the charge is. Have you browsed through the information in LawInfo's Free Legal Resource Center to learn more about your issue yet? See: http://www.lawinfo.com/consumer.html and http://resources.lawinfo.com/en/index.html. You can certainly try to speak to a lawyer to determine what legal options may be available. In the meantime, you may be able to learn more on your own. Search the "Free Legal Resources" tab, or browse the Consumer Resources. Good luck.

Thanks for the great sites and information. I was wondering about this too as a law student. A lot of good information found here, very helpful!
