Long story short, 2003 -Credit card company held bank check for 19K for months, never crediting my account.DuH! Said they couldnt find it. Credit went to crap... had mediation (2005)...mediator(judge) found in my favor of 60K in damages. Credit Card company disputed. Michigan is mandatory Arbitration in these cases. So here I wait and wait and wait as they select a flippin date for Arbitration???gimmeee a break! Been waiting almost a year....for a date! Any way to kick start them???

A slow one? yes I do - he says there's nothing he can do to prod the Arbitration Board. Plus the atty's for Chase et al get paid hourly. so what do they care. In the mean time tho I can't get my business running the way it should be...like accepting debit/credit cards. I was turned down for my Merchant account. Not good!

I can understand this is frustrating. Perhaps you can ask your attorney if there are any other options. Good luck!
