If in the event that a majority of shareholders of a Deleware "C" corp. authorize a postponement of or elect to defer the annual shareholder meetings otherwise generally required by the By-Laws of the Corporation may those meetings legally be postponed for a period of time (i.e. 3 years?) with the written consent of a majority of shareholders???
