My son was arrested for an alleged probation violation.."unable to gain safe access in the residence", does anyone know if this will hold up in court? He was in the shower when his probation officer came to the door and his roomate answered it and stated he would be out in a few minutes, the p.o got mad and to make a long story short arrested him for "unable to gain safe access", stating his roomate was threatening..Also the p.o. never stated his name or showed any form of id, or asked to come inside...Will this hold up in court?
