Here are the facts My son Ken whom is 20 his friend Brady whom is 21 picked up two teenage girls on the last dsy of school went and got alcohol and got a motel room. Kayla was with my son Ken and Jessica she told Brady she was 17 and was with Brady. Jessica got highly intoxicated and Ken and Kayla mainly talked. Kayla told me the Jessica was all over Brady and ripped his shirt off and said they did have sex. Ken took Kayla and Jessica home around 12am and then went home leaving Brady at the motel room. Police show up at my son's house at about 2:30am and took him in for questioning because Jessica's mother called the policee because her daughter was intoxicated my son said he told the investigator the truth and Kayla told them the same story however Jessica lied to her parents and the police. The outcome was this my son was arrested at the request of Jessica's parents for Aiding and Inducing Intimidation and Brady got aressted for sexual misconduct with a minor a class C felony and contributing to the deliquency or a minor class A misdemeanors. Jessica's parents also put a restraining order on my son Ken. So how is it that my son Ken aided and induced intimidation? And any solution to this dilema would be appreciated.
