I need to know the legal age in Texas at which you can withdraw yourself from public school. My boyfriend undergoes emotional abuse from his parents, and would like to come live with me and my family. The problem is, I go to a different school, so if he came and lived with me he would have to switch schools, without his mothers knowlege. He will be 17 in July.
