My dad entered the U.S illegaly a long time ago. I was born in New York and have legal status obviously. I've heard that a person's child can ask for citizenship for their Parent at a certain age. I'm 17 years of age and my question is, how old do I have to be in order to petition my dad for a legal status here in the US?
