hi i just have a quick question regarding the age of consent in connecticut. i know that the age of consent is 16 but i was wondering if there was a limit on the age difference between the two people in a relationship. for instance i know of someone that is 16 and her boyfriend is almost 20. they are only 3 and a half years apart so is the relationship legal since one they are both over the age of 16? or can her boyfriend get in any trouble with the law because of this and is there anything that her parents can do about this if they are not happy with the situation? please respond if you can help thank you!!

He's OK. Doesn't matter how old he is as long as she's older then 16. Wouldn't recomend crossing any state lines however, that could be big trouble.
