My husband is wanting to sign over right to a child that he has never seen. Can anyone help us. The child mother is also wanting us to sign over the rights.
Please help if you can.

Its not about what you, Mom or child wants. Its about many other things including if Dad desires to do so. Is Mom married and does her current husband wish to adopt? If not then this isnt going to happen. A quick trip to your local Family Law court should find the proper papers
