I got a ticket in NJ for 39:6b-2 (No Liability Insurance On Motor Vehicle) .
Actually I rented a car from enterprise first time and taken comprehensive Insurance but it covers only in 4 states. But unknowingly I came to NJ and that insurance will not cover in NJ. I met with a very small accident and cop given a ticket (39:6b-2 )
I heard that for this, court will charge up $350 to $1000 and 1 year cancellation of my License….please advice me on this. If possible please advise a good Attorney who is having experience on these types of cases and help me.

Doesn't your own insurance cover you driving a rental? I would suggest that you speak with an attorney to go over your legal options.
