Is there anyway to expunge a D.U.I conviction so that it will not be available to "Public Records" and Employers. What good is it if the 1203.4 expungement do not seal your criminal record from employers that you are trying to get a job? You still have to disclosed your conviction even though the 1203.4 is granted for dismisal. Anyway to get around this to prevent employer from seeing your conviction? Thanks
